I cannot overemphasize how much Rashad knocked it out of the park. We had a last minute situation come up where we needed an appliance installed asap First off, he actually wanted to talk on the phone the figure everything out (rare for Thumbtack), which helped everything be super clear Second, he was super responsive to texts and follow-ups Third, he was direct about his price, which was super reasonable Last, he showed up in the window he promised and fixed our problem for us.
