Absolutely outstanding job done in repairing the hole in my kitchen ceiling. The time was even taken to get the obscur ceiling texture as close to a match as possible. You can barely even tell there was work done there.

Sam came out and did the shower grout and also fixed the loose tile which was what caused the leak. He didn’t just patch he actually investigate what caused the loose tile and it turns out the original builder had a hole behind the tile so there was no back supporting. Sam filled it up and gave a proper support so this will not happen again. Sam is your guy if you looking for the Grout/Caulk Expert!!!
