- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to provide a competitive and accurate price on every project. We include the cost of labor and materials in final quote. Some additional cost may apply to board replacement. We apply 10-15% discount if the client includes 2 or more services at the same time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new customers have the opportunity to receive a free onsite estimate or provide us with essential information via email or phone. Many of our busy customers appreciate the option of choosing the latter, since they are often traveling or live out of town.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have over a decade of experience in restoration. Additionally, our administrators and office support are highly trained and experienced in customer service.
