Our experience with Dawson was absolutely awesome! This gentleman was very punctual as well as accommodating considering he came out on a major holiday (July 4)!! We were in need of having our mailbox repaired after being charged more than $175 by our HOA for having a bungee cord on the mailbox door to keep it closed. This cord was attached to hold the box door closed when we purchased this home in 2019. A few months ago the HOA decided they wanted everyone to fix it.....needless to say we incurred fines because of their strict rules and our being unable to find a reliable person to fix it properly. Dawson was the perfect man for the job. He showed up prepared for the challenge and he performed a miracle!! He’s reasonable and trustworthy. If you’re in need of someone to perform some surgery on ANY metal he’s your guy! Thanks Dawson for a job WELL DONE!!

He hasn’t installed the railing yet. Just received the steel and is fabricating it now. Up to this point he has been professional, made great recommendations, arrived on time, and has been giving me updates on his progress.
