We had a huge water damage due to a busted water heater. It destroyed my hardwood floors. We had EWR come out and they were at my home within 2 hours of my initial call. From beginning to end of the entire process we were informed as each step went by. I didnt even have to talk to my insurance company. They did everything for me. Now my house looks practically brand new and you cant even tell that I had a water damage. They were so respectful and so helpful. Answered every question I had and helped me feel settled with the process. I recommend them 100%.

I woke up a few weeks ago in a panic. My basement had flooded. After calling several companies, and a few estimates later, Experienced Claim Services met all of our needs.
