Having Mac Appliances and Services come to my home to look at my front-loading washer was a great experience. He came and diagnosed the problem of water in the pan under the washer. He let me know what the problem was and the cost to repair. He set up a day to return and was there to make the repair. He made sure I could call with any problems-none thus far.
