BE WARNED!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My upstairs unit was running hot. He came out to my property, diagnosed it as a “refrigerant issue “ and supposedly fixed it. He wanted to charge $1500 for putting refrigerant but my unit was still not cooling so for I did not send it. After several hours, it was still running hot. Meanwhile he immediately started demanding full payment even though the issue was not fixed. He then came back late in the night (after 11pm) and claimed it should work. The unit STILL did not work. My son had severe nose bleeds due to how hot it was so my husband finally paid another company to come and fix it the next day. Jus Cooling then called still demanding full payment for a job he did not do correctly and threatened to put my property on a lien. I do not think they have any experience with HVACs whatsoever! Please be warned, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE use this company!

This review is from the customers sister who I didn’t even speak to at all before during or after the visit . I have screenshots from the customer and her husband stating they tried removing this review for hours but couldn’t figure out how to , also the information in the review is false and untrue . And the company that came to provide a second opinion ( which was verified to be the same issue we had found ) the person who the write of this review says has no experience , worked at the second company that came out for years and was their best service technician on the south side and has documents and pictures to back that claim . Do not believe this review . The person who wrote it was trying to get out of paying their bill even after being discounted over 300 dollars.

This review is to help unaware customers of the scam this company is doing. They act like they are going to work on your HVAC unit, and issue you a quote via a link (invoice2go) and ask you to pay via Zelle. “DO NOT PAY”. I was quoted $621 and asked to pay via Zelle, luckily I only paid a deposit of $100, because I was already suspicious of the company. Ever since, it’s been either no communication or one story to the next. When I asked for my refund, I was told it is non refundable all of a sudden. Definitely never dealing with company.
