- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not that complicated at all, what I do is charge for my labor, if the customer is willing to pay for the part I will order the part for them. Once I start repairing a customers computer and they make aware of another problem then I wouldchange the price. Any systems that is left with me more then five days I do charge a fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers is good for business because I can sit their and show them everything that is being done to their system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associated Degree in Computer Science and working on my Bachelor Degree in Computer Systems.
