Whole house generators are expensive. I made careful consideration prior to committingJim was punctual, with all appointments. He explained details that were important to me.He provided a clear and itemized write up of the costs. He answered many of my questions after the first visit.I had a total of three replicable companies estimates and recommendations. Southern Power provided the appropriate sized generator and equipment with delivery.I have recommended this company to neighbors. Thusfar I am very pleased.

From the estimating, to the install, everything was great. We knew what to expect, when, and appreciated the expertise as we knew nothing about generators. James was very thorough and talked us through every step.In addition the pricing was very fair and less than some of the bigger companies. He came highly recommend from a very picky consumer. I would also highly recommend!
