I had three doors (one exterior and two interior) that were either sticking or failing to lock. Chris responded promptly, provided an estimate, and scheduled service for the next business day. He showed up 10 minutes early and got the repairs done in under an hour and a half. He fully explained what he was doing and why it needed to be done. I'll definitely be calling on Chris again!
