I was skeptical about Reiki before ever trying my session with Jenee, but I am now a believer! While pregnant with my son, I was very uncomfortable, not sleeping well, in constant pain & discomfort, as well as experience some anxiety. I decided to try an hour session with Jenee: she is very professional and Clearly cares about her craft, her studio was also very clean & inviting.
The session itself was very relaxing and soothing experience, but after the session was completed and I began to go about my daily life I could really feel the benefits: far less physical discomfort, anxiety was virtually gone, sleep greatly improved, and just overall better mood and less stress!
Additionally, after my son was born he had some colic after switching to formula and Jenee was able to do short session with him as well!
I highly recommend Reiki with Jenee! She is wonderful!

I had an amazing session with Jenee. I’ve had reiki experiences in the past, but this one by far was the best one yet. She was gentle, soft spoken, and worked the room very effortlessly. I couldn’t even hear her move around, which allowed me to fall into deep thought and relaxation. Best of all, she was sweet and very informative. Highly recommend her for reiki sessions!

This is not my first or second time getting reiki with jenee but everytime I do I always have a powerful and uplifting experience. It has help my anxiety tremendously where I’m able to practice and utilize a breathing routine for myself.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new clients begins with encouraging them to come with an open mind, an open heart, and a clear intention to heal and improve any areas of their life they feel called to work on. If the client is open to the process, I also provide a worksheet designed to help them prepare emotionally and mentally for the session.
