Customers should ensure that the provider is open and flexible to all ideas/request of the host. Providers should be able to realize & implement the customers vision, and add to the overall concept of the event.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I make a personal investment into each event, to ensure that even the smallest details are covered. It is important to treat each event as if it were my own, make sure that when it's all over every one has something good to say, and the host is completely satisfied.
