Sapir Realty is a full-service property management company serving Metro Atlanta since 2013, with over 1,000 units under management. We manage everything from a single rental home to properties with up to 40 units.
We started Sapir Realty because we saw too many management companies chasing a quick buck - constantly cycling clients in and out, overcharging owners, and providing poor communication and service. Owners shouldn’t have to chase their property manager for a simple answer, wonder why their reports don’t look right, wait too long for work orders to be handled, or wonder why their property is still sitting vacant.

Our goal is simple: We believe in building long-term relationships with our owners by providing reliable, responsive management and helping their rental properties perform better. We want our clients to stay with us for the long run because they know they can reach us and count on us when they need us.
Our management fee is a flat $95 per month - no percentage of rent, no long-term contracts, and no hidden fees. Every tenant placement also comes with a tenant warranty.

They still deserve 0 stars. Sapir realty was the worse for me and my family members. They don't give a dam about their tenants or their health from my experience with renting one of their properties in Atlanta. The house we lived in was heavily infested with mold and mildew which destroyed almost every piece of clothing and shoes I had and after stressing this to them numerous times through emails, text messages and phone calls, I was pretty much ignored only until they felt the need to answer back but nothing was ever done about it. Even after informing them that my sister was suffering from lung cancer and also myself experiencing upper respiratory problems from being exposed to the mold and mildew, we were neglected!! We also had problems with the basement flooding constantly. Not to mention the rats that kept finding their way in the house. I sent several emails to both property managers (who's names I won't mention right now), along with pictures of all those things I mentioned and still nothing!! The property manager came once to take pictures of the evidence and promised me that things will get fixed in the next couple weeks and if not we had the option of breaking our lease and moving. Well 5 months had passed by and still nothing!! Now mind you, emails, text messages and phone calls was made and sent in between that 5 month period. Nothing!! I can also recall one time I sent them an email about the mold and mildew issue and at the same time the rent was due. I sent my niece to pay the rent but she was short $1. So instead of paying the full $1300 she paid $1299. Can you believe that I got an email from them informing me that I owed $1 for rent but they made no mention whatsoever about the mold and mildew issue email I sent. They got their funky $1 but that told me then that they cared nothing about us, and this was only 3 or 4 months after moving in and paying rent on time the previous months. We finally couldn't take the neglect anymore so after 7 months of enduring this blatant neglect we finally gave up and move out after several attempts to get them to fix things. We paid a $1300 deposit and didn't get anything back from it after moving. I reached out to the property manager after we moved out and she told me we had nothing coming back from our deposit. I think we are entitled to that deposit or atleast some of it. Thank God I kept all those emails, text messages and phone calls because I am currently talking with a couple attornies who is willing to take my case. I can't wait for the day that they pay for all their bullshit.....

I do not know which property you stayed in and therefore cannot address your issues specifically. I will say that we take our Tenant health and comfort VERY seriously and do all we can to address issues in a timely and appropriate manner. Regrading the issue with the $1, we use Property Management software and our system produces automatic emails to anyone who has a balance, regardless of the amount. I can assure you, we were not losing sleep over the $1 short but we cannot just write off funds that are owed as we manage properties for others and must respect their funds.
Regarding your security deposit, again, being that I do not have your full name or address you lived I cannot comment to the specifics of this case.
