About
Sapir Realty is a full-service property management company serving Metro Atlanta since 2013, with over 1,000 units under management. We manage everything from a single rental home to properties with up to 40 units.
We started Sapir Realty because we saw too many management companies chasing a quick buck - constantly cycling clients in and out, overcharging owners, and providing poor communication and service. Owners shouldn’t have to chase their property manager for a simple answer, wonder why their reports don’t look right, wait too long for work orders to be handled, or wonder why their property is still sitting vacant.
Real Estate Needs Real People.
Our goal is simple: We believe in building long-term relationships with our owners by providing reliable, responsive management and helping their rental properties perform better. We want our clients to stay with us for the long run because they know they can reach us and count on us when they need us.
If you're looking for a property management company you can count on, we'd be happy to help.

Cee from Sapir Realty was absolutely phenomenal! Although he wasnt there in person for my tour, he went above and beyond by calling me to make sure I had the correct code to access the lockbox and get into the property safely. That small gesture made a big impression on me. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely made sure everything went smoothly. Thats what exceptional customer service looks like!Whether you call it customer service or exceptional leasing service, we need more leasing agents like Cee! His thoughtfulness and professionalism truly stood out.Thank you, Cee, for taking the time to make sure I was taken care of. Sapir Realty is fortunate to have someone like you representing the company!
