- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What set us apart from other services is our lower cost for more professional standard quality. Our photography service starts at only $100 and videography service starts at only $200. We understand each client is different so our pricing are customized to tailor your need and vision. We also provide discount for coming back clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a new client response to our quote or directly hit us up for a new lead, we'll set up a meeting via phone call or Zoom to get to know them better and listen to what they're looking for in their up coming project then we will together come up with a specific timeline and action plan to shoot the project. When the new client decide to book our service, a small amount of deposit will be required via Pay Pal to officially keep your project on our Calendar. You can rest knowing your project is taking care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has 2 member: Nick & Duyen Nick earned both his Bachelor and MFA in Film Production at Full Sail University, FL. Duyen Nguyen earned her MFA in Film Production at Full Sail University, FL . Before that, she spent 4 years in Japan for her Bachelor Degree in Marketing major.
