Rosie I apologize for your experience but your complaints are inaccurate. I have text to provide that. Your prior description of instructions to the cake you wanted was to “do anything lawyer or associated with law”. I provided you with pick up location when you were ready to pickup which was what was agreed. You also informed someone else was picking up for you so you, wouldn’t, be rushed. As far as the calling several times, I responded within minutes. I spoke with you about delivering the cake as a good faith gesture ONLY with a reduced delivery fee. I got no response from you and therefore it wasn’t delivered. The problem came in when you wanted me to redo the cake after it was done and ready for delivery with you stating you’re classy and sophisticated and that wasn’t the cake you envisioned, and you provided NO example of what you would like. You was paying $100 for a rushed date and I didn’t charge you a rushed fee. Nobody would take your order and now I see why. I felt sorry nobody responded to you and wanted to help you out but you tried to get someone to deliver your cake for free and create you a cake that was well over your budget. The entire experience was horrible for me as well.

Hi Mimi, yes I remember you and your husband. I pretty much dealt with your husband the whole time. Yes, I did all that work setting up prices, corresponding with your husband, Osemate, on the phone, and also developing 3 sample menus for you two to choose from. Yes I did all of this hands-on “responsive” behavior you’re now lying about because once the price was set at $1500 for your catering because you choose the high end menu and I told y’all I would send the contract the next day but the next thing your husband said killed the whole deal. Y’all wanted to pay half $750 before the event as deposit and the other half of $750 2 weeks AFTER the event. Y’all could have said that in the beginning! I don’t know y’all personally, why would you waste someone’s time in that manner and you knew you couldn’t pay the way the arrangement was supposed to go when you don’t know the people from a hole in the ground and it involves money. You pay before services are rendered. I didn’t send the contact! You had over a month, which is sufficient enough time for y’all to find another caterer that would cater your outside baby shower, at night, providing you 3 servers that also supposed to double and serve your Other food for you as well, provide you with a decorated tent and chafer dish rental...ALL THAT, and pay them $750 AFTER! So yes I did go in unresponsive mode because y’all wasted my time and my money paying for a lead and now you have the audacity to write a comment and I didn’t even work with you. I have the CHOICE of choosing you as well and, I didn’t, but in our week or 2 of interacting with your husband I didn’t really detect pettiness but I could have been wrong but at least I’m not $750 in the hole wrong because of a misjudgment in character.
