- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, cakes start at $5.50 per serving, cupcakes and cookies start at $3.50 per serving, cake pops start at $3.00 per serving, and cookies start at $2.75 per serving. There is a $30 delivery fee within the metro area. In order to secure your date, we require non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost. There is a non-refundable $25 cake tasting fee, and the monies are added toward your final balance if you decide to use our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we start with a consultation to find out your style and discuss date, flavors, number of servings, colors, location, etc. Then I will sketch a few different options at different price points for you to review. We will address any questions or make changes, and I will email a detailed invoice. As the date approaches and the payment has been secured, I will start working on the cake. The balance will need to be paid at least 14 days prior to the event date. We will deliver the cake and depending on the design we may assemble or add finishing touches onsite. Our hope is that you encounter great service and a beautiful and delicious cake.

I graduated culinary school and I've taken many classes to learn more about my craft and improve my techniques.
