As soon as I saw the damage to my roof, I called Tyler Dotson. He had replaced a roof for me a few years ago. I was thoroughly satisfied then, and especially happy with the new roof he and his workers put on the house (in a different Georgia town) yesterday. They arrived on time, worked through out the day in the sun and heat. Worked quickly and throughly..again! And, I havent seen a dropped roofing nail anywhere in the yard! Great work, thank you!

I had my home and storage building roof and gutter systems replaced by Signature Exteriors. They were excellent to work with. They did a thorough and detailed report with lots of photo updates, helped me communicate with my home owner's insurance, and definitely gave my home a beautiful facelift with a solid warranted roof and gutter system. I was very pleased with their communication, timeliness, cost, and excellent workmanship. It was easy to see they take pride in their business. I would highly recommend these honest guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent pricing and provide a detailed scope of work so you understand what you’re paying for. Roof pricing varies based on roof size, pitch, complexity, material selection, decking condition, flashing, ventilation, and other project-specific requirements. We don’t believe in cutting necessary components just to advertise the lowest price. Our goal is to provide a competitive price for a complete roofing system installed correctly, backed by quality workmanship and manufacturer warranties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation about what you’re experiencing and what you’re looking to accomplish. From there, we perform a thorough roof inspection and document our findings. We explain what we found, discuss the available options, and provide a clear estimate and scope of work. If you decide to move forward, we coordinate materials and scheduling, protect the property during construction, complete the work, perform a final inspection and cleanup, and make sure you understand your warranty coverage. Our goal is to keep you informed from the initial inspection through project completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team continually invests in manufacturer training and industry-specific education. Signature Exteriors is a GAF Certified roofing contractor, and we have completed specialized training involving roof installation, inspection, repairability, storm damage, ventilation, flashing, and roofing-system requirements. We are certified in the Repairability of Asphalt roof systems by the Building Experts Institute as well as Brava Authorized roofing contractors. We also stay current on manufacturer specifications and applicable building-code requirements so our roofing systems are installed correctly from the deck up.
