- How did you get started doing this type of work?
really how we got started is B&B carpentry is a family-owned business and has experience from over two generations of handyman landscapers and Carpenters how B&B carpentry was founded was through family one cousin's a landscaper one cousins a handyman one cousin's electrician and one cousins a painter we just came together and decided we know all these different trades why don't we start a family business
- What types of customers have you worked with?
we have worked with hundreds of customers got a good reputation as far as word of mouth but we see that the world is changing so we figured we try out this thumbtack and see if we can gain some more business because the pandemic kind of slowed us down the way it slows down is everybody on quarantine and if our company is built off of word of mouth it kind of hurt us a little bit the community not being able to come together so we figure 2023 off in a new kind of way and upgrade the way we get our business
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
first see if they offer free estimates cause nine times out of 10 if they don't offer free estimates they're really just in it for the money and probably won't keep your project below the budget you're willing to spend and probably won't finish the project in a timely manner at the same time providing quality work our company is built on integrity and providing excellent service to our community and surrounding counties it's our mission to see that your project is completed and finished in a professional quality service it's not just about the money over here at B&B carpentry we enjoy providing the service and putting a smile on our customers face we look at our clients as family
