FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require a 25% booking fee for every new skincare treatment booked at My Milk and Honey Aesthetics. This fee will be used as part payment towards your service and is fully refundable should you cancel within 24 hours for your appointment. Please allow at least 24 hours for appointment changes or cancellation. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment will be charged 50% of the service price. No-show appointments or appointments cancelled less than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged the full service price. Please understand that time was reserved for you and it is extremely difficult to fill that time slot with little notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require pre-payment before booking. Thank you for understanding. Clients more than 10 minutes late may receive a shorter service to allow your esthetician to be on time for the next appointment, or may need to be rebooked. Please alert me of any allergies or medical conditions that may require special attention. A contraindication may require a delay or denial of service. All packages and series must be used within 1 year of purchase. All services are for beautification purposes only and no medical claims are being made. Prices and services subject to change without notice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a first time client, I will meet with you to discuss your skin care concerns and get an understanding of your daily habits and lifestyle. I will then analyze your skin under the magnifying lamp, assess the texture, tone, and overall appearance, and then recommend a personal skin care regimen to help get your skin to next level health! Recommendations will include product and treatment suggestions, like a series of microdermabrasion or hydrodermabrasion as an example.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During my enrollment in the Aesthetics program at Atlanta School of Massage, I discovered how undoubtedly gratifying it was to perform skin care treatments and watch the skin's transformation overtime! By the time I graduated on the President's List in 2019, I knew this career choice was the perfect platform for me to display my dedication to skin and my passion to help others! I continued my education in 2021 by receiving Microblading, Microshading, and mole removal training and certification.
