The technician was amazing!! We had just had a visit from the most unprofessional service technician a few days ago and he fixed nothing after misdiagnosing the problem. Then sent a “work completed” message. However the ULTIMATE HOME SERVICE technician arrived on time, immediately diagnosed the problem, and repaired both heating units in record time at a fraction of the quoted costs with other companies. Ultimately this is a great company. My heater is old and was turned back on under cold conditions. It was so nice to have someone show up the same day of service and especially on a Saturday. My home is now warm. The price was awesome and to get a new unit was a great price.

Responded quickly. Less than an hour window wait time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. My air was working again in no time. He also offered maintenance advice to prevent future problems. Answered all of my questions thoroughly. He also checked the temperature of the air flowing from the vents after he was done. I would definitely recommend
