John and his wife came out on a Saturday morning to fix a leaking bathroom sink, and an ice maker that wasn't working. They were friendly and personable and got the job done quickly and efficiently . I have since called John for 2 other jobs installing lights. I am very happy to have found such a great handyman!!!

John and Jessica were very prompt and professional from the beginning all the way to the end. At first they were coming to give us a quote for scraping the popcorn from our bathroom ceiling, repairing any damage to the sheet rock and then painting the new ceiling. John started looking at our walls and immediately knew that something was actually causing the mildew…so after doing some checking around in the attic he realized quickly that our attic fans weren’t working. He ordered the new fan units on Thursday and came back the following Tuesday to install the new ones. He arrived on time and completed

John did an excellent job on my home. I had some complicated projects he was able to quickly fix and everything looks great. He patched a large drywall hole in a ceiling, created a walk and storage space in my attic, fixed water damaged wood flooring, replaced some trim work and replaced an exterior door. He knocked all of this out in under 2.5 days and was reasonably priced. I will hire John again for future projects.

R & R was punctual and communicated with me well. I asked him to do a few other things while he was there such as drilling the holes for hardware for kitchen cabinets. He did a rush job and failed to drill holes for 5 of the cabinets. I noticed 2 before he left and had him to drill the holes. I didn’t realize that he missed 3 of the drawers until I started installing the hardware. I had to remind him to install the deadbolt on laundry room door. He received a call(s) for another job(s) while working at my house and was side tracked noticeably. I am sure he does a great job but needs to be present with the current customer and current job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We appreciate our veterans, healthcare workers, and police and offer discounts. We offer discounts for active military as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to give free, in person estimates. Sometimes we are able to do so through a photo but not always. Once the estimate is given and the customer is happy with it, we send over a written estimate and approximate start/finish date. Once that is agreed upon we start the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Like I said in an earlier question, I have been doing this since I was 12 years old. All of my education has been hands on.
