- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upon hiring The Smith Willis Firm, the first hour of consultation is free. During this time, I will assess what your actual needs are and what course of action should be taken for the best possible outcome. I then work with my clients on payment options, including an hourly fee or flat fee arrangement. I also allow clients to pay installments based on stages of project completion.
