- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer complimentary consultations, flat rates for some services, flexible payment plans and we never upcharge our hourly rate (if we talk for 2 minutes, your bill is only $8.32).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary 30 minute consultation so that the potential client has an opportunity to speak with me about their legal matter while evaluating whether our firm is a good fit for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. I’ve worked in private practice and as an advisor for a national financial institution in their wealth management division.
