Steve was very quick to give me a call after I asked about getting a EV charger installed - and Gus was out the next day to look at the project. It was a bit tricky to figure out the route to pull wires, but Gus and his team spent a good amount of time tapping this wall, listening here and figured out a neat way to pull the wires. He gave me multiple options and clearly outlined the costs for each option (I wanted the port in a spot which need extra wiring around the garage). They also installed a panel in the garage and pulled extra wires, so if I needed to add another charger port - the tricky bit is already done! I got a couple of other quotes - PowerPro did more (extra wires) at a slightly better cost and they essentially did it the next day! Cant ask for more.

I had an excellent experience with PowerPro Electrical and will absolutely be using them again in the future. They responded the same day I reached out, came by to review the work, and completed everything the very next day. I needed electrical work for a mini-split installation, which requires a specific voltage setup. I had received a quote from another company for the same job, but PowerPro offered a significantly better price. What really made the difference, though, was the experience I had with Steve and Gus. They took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand—even for someone like me who isn’t familiar with electrical terminology. While they were onsite, they also took care of another project I needed done: repairing six landscaping lights. Thank you, Steve and Gus, for your reasonable pricing and outstanding customer service. Great job all around—I truly appreciate it!
