FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is the market average. To be honest, you can most likely find someone cheaper, with so many options present online. However, I know I provide a value that's far above the market average to my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the scheduling process and arriving on site I like to sit down with the customer to understand exactly what they're looking for and creating a plan together with my professional input. After that, give a price on the spot and move on with the job!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing this work my entire life; my father being a master electrician. As soon as I could walk, I was holding tools and going to jobs with him. When I was 16 I started scheduling jobs, and going out on jobs alone. Now that I'm thinking about it, not sure how legal that was..... Along with that, I spent time at IBEW to learn commercial electrical and have been employed with other electrical companies as a electrical tech.
