I had a pipe burst during the recent hard freeze in Georgia and was in urgent need of a plumber. Thankfully, I was able to schedule service the same day, and the entire process was incredibly easy. He arrived right on time, was kind, extremely professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about what needed to be done.

I was experiencing water leaking from the base of my faucets and wasn’t getting hot water in the tub in my primary bathroom. John replaced four faucets across three bathrooms and also replaced the T-bar that controls the hot water under the sink.
After the initial repair, I noticed water still dripping beneath one of the cabinets. I contacted John, and he promptly returned to assess the issue. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the knobs on the water valves. Since then, everything has been working perfectly—no more leaks, and I now have hot water in the tub.
I truly appreciate his responsiveness and quality of work, and I will definitely use John again for any future plumbing needs.

John came in and assessed the set up and went to the store and got what he needed. I know I could have done the job but would have taken much more time. He came back with all the parts and was done in maybe 45 minutes. He rerouted my plumbing under my kitchen sink from a two drain setup to fit my new one drain setup. He also took time to explain what he was doing and why. He was more than professional and it was a great transaction. No complaints from me. Thank you, John.
