John came in and assessed the set up and went to the store and got what he needed. I know I could have done the job but would have taken much more time. He came back with all the parts and was done in maybe 45 minutes. He rerouted my plumbing under my kitchen sink from a two drain setup to fit my new one drain setup. He also took time to explain what he was doing and why. He was more than professional and it was a great transaction. No complaints from me. Thank you, John.

Wonderful workmanship, offers suggestion for best way of repairing. Gives pricing with no upselling. Worked diligently tested repair, went over repair very professional and clean after work is completed! I am very happy and satisfied with the work that was done. A main water pipe break is scary if you don’t know what is going on. However, everything that was done was explained and we were given worst and best case scenarios, which I appreciate. It was dark the first night, but he took his time to find the problem and set us up with a temporary supply. When he returned he was respectful of the yard and got the job done well. I will need sod, but he left a neatly packed area . Grateful we found him on thumbtack. My mom is already thinking of other things he can do.
