I had a pipe burst during the recent hard freeze in Georgia and was in urgent need of a plumber. Thankfully, I was able to schedule service the same day, and the entire process was incredibly easy. I was experiencing water leaking from the base of my faucets and wasn’t getting hot water in the tub in my primary bathroom. John replaced four faucets across three bathrooms and also replaced the T-bar that controls the hot water under the sink.
After the initial repair, I noticed water still dripping beneath one of the cabinets. I contacted John, and he promptly returned to assess the issue. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the knobs on the water valves. Since then, everything has been working perfectly—no more leaks, and I now have hot water in the tub.
I truly appreciate his responsiveness and quality of work, and I will definitely use John again for any future plumbing needs.

I had a toilet leak. He tried to repair but it was damaged. He waited patiently to I ran to Home Depot to get a new toilet. His price was very resonable. It looks great. Cleaned up everything.
