I had my septic tank pumped out by another plumbing company and was told my drain field had to be replaced at a cost of 8-10 thousand dollars. I contacted Master Rooter and spoke with Ethan who told me there were other options we could pursue. He sent two technicians out (Justin & Caleb) who checked it out and found the only problem was a stopped up baffle, Once this was unclogged my toilets and drains were working perfectly. So a problem that could have cost me a small fortune only cost me a service call of $275. From now on all my plumbing problems will go to Master Rooter. Everyone at Master Rooter were the most professional and courteous people I've ever dealt with. Thanks so much everyone, it was a genuine pleasure to work with such a great company!!!
