I’m home alone during day, so having someone come to my home, as requested by me, can be unnerving. Matt was very, very nice and respectable. He even liked my huge dog. He did his work as we had contracted at price he quoted, which was more than reasonable. My husband is very happy with his new computer, says it’s so much faster than his old one. Matt transferred all data from old hard drive to new one. Will call on him again if necessary. Thanks, Matt!

my standard rate is about $65/hr, but some services are done for a flat rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to try to get to know all of my customers as well as their needs. I work with a lot of businesses and I find that if I get to know them and their businesses, and also care about their business as if it is my own - I'm far more likely to be able to serve them well and with the expediency they need - so I spend a lot of time having conversations to determine needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every day I read the newest developments in my field and I frequently update on new standards and practices as well as network with other professionals in my field.
