Pricing depends on the size of the project, prep work, and level of detail. We provide clear, on-site estimates with no surprises. Our pricing is based on the size and scope of each project, as well as the level of prep work required. Every home is different, so we provide detailed on-site estimates to ensure accuracy and transparency. We focus on delivering high-quality, long-lasting results — which means proper preparation, clean finishes, and using professional-grade materials. While we may not always be the lowest bid, we stand behind the quality of our work and aim to provide the best overall value. Smaller projects and touch-ups are priced accordingly, while larger repaints are typically calculated based on square footage, surfaces, and detail work involved. We’re happy to walk through the project with you and provide a clear, straightforward estimate with no surprises. We start with an on-site estimate, go over the scope and details, schedule the job, complete prep and painting, and finish with a final walkthrough.
