I went back to my search after one mechanic told me he would take the job. He was a NO SHOW!! But Matt reached out to me! Told me exactly when he would there abcs if he couldn’t he would communicate today with me also. He informed me that a client canceled their appointment and that he could come to me earlier. He did that! Gave me step by step of the process! Fixed it with no issues! Also gave further info for unforeseen issues and that if anything happened he’d be there! When people are spending their hard earned money and take time from their schedules to deal with unexpected problems, all we’re looking for is someone to be honest and communicate! Don’t tell a potential customer you’re coming at a certain time and then you don’t show or even have the decency to let the customer know! Matt is definitely the MAN!! Honest! Dependable! Fair! Hopefully I won’t have any further issues, but if I do, I’m calling Matt!!

Matt to the rescue!!! He was actually able to come the same day I called which is way more than I could have expected. He communicate up to his arrival and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within the hour. My car couldn’t even leave the drive way so he saved me soo much money avoiding tow trucks because he came to me. He’s well worth it so if you’re having problems give him a call. I know I’ll be using him again.
