Sandra was very communicative, responsive, and friendly. There was some issue so she couldn't show up at my apartment to clean (was in hospital) but her sister did the cleaning instead. Her sister does not speak much English and communication was an issue. I was slightly unhappy with the fact that I had negotiated the inside of my fridge to be cleaned as part of the deep cleaning, but I was unable to communicate that to her sister. So it went uncleaned. But everything else was cleaned well, and the apartment was otherwise thoroughly cleaned.

This was literally the best cleaning service I have ever had! I worked in property management for over 15 years so I know good and bad cleaning jobs. This cleaning was done with such detail. Every corner, baseboards, windows, tubs and stove etc was perfect! She didn't miss a thing and I didn't even have to tell her. She just knew what I was expecting because she has a standard of cleaning that is above the mark. I will used her for all of my future jobs and clients. I even recommended her to my apartment community! 1000% recommend Quality Hands!!!!
