- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing scale typically is hourly , I’m partial to flat rates for long distance quotes . Fairly flexible based on work being done and distance traveled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally we would set up a meet via phone call video tour or personal on site walkthrough of the job so I can get a better picture of what needs to be done moving forward. I try to get a sense of budget, if this is an everything needs to go move. Do we need to pack for you? All those questions I will be looking for an answer to through this process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13 Years in the furniture field. Leading jobs with 10+ employees . I’ve been in management in this field. I’ve done it all. I’m a vast resource of information.
