Wonderful service. Did a Wonderful job. I had to get my carpet cleaned. And from the time I put in the request until the time the service completed- everything perfect. Joe was very nice, punctual, made my carpet look new- everything went really well. I will use this company again. Very good customer care and very good customer service. 10 Stars!!!

Very happy! We had a few rooms and a couch in need of love. He took the time to examine everything and pre-treat before going in and doing the deep clean. Carpets in those rooms are nice and fresh, and the couch looks pretty good. There are a close lingering spots on the couch (we figured out that our couch absorbs water a lot), so he agreed to re-treat those areas for us. Will have Countless Steams back for our other rooms, hallways and stairs soon!
