Mr Pemberton was extremely professional. He responded within few minutes and just scheduled to meet me the same day. He came right in time and analyzed the problem. He replaced our bathroom exhaust fan and installed a new one. He did a very neat job and once he was done he cleaned out the area as well. He was extremely polite throughout the whole session responding to all my questions while he was busy working. He went above and beyond. I will definitely call him to install or replace fixtures around the house. The pricing was really reasonable
