- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Full Sessions - $75/hour (service only) All Day Sessions - $400 + 15 Special Edits (4-6 hours) Head-Shots - $60 + 4 Edits (30 minute session) Raw Photo Release - $20 Flat Rate Editing/Touchups- $15/photo Editing/Touchups Packages - 4 Photos - $30 : 8 Photos - $70 : 12 Photos - $90 Travel fee of $0.52/mile
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I would prefer either a phone call, an email, or face to face meet. That way I can get sense of who the customer and they can see who I am. I want to make sure I have a clear understanding of what their vision is and make sure I execute that vision to their standards. Customers will also get a Terms and Conditions agreement that they must read and agree too before any payments or shoots begin.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is it that you want? Regardless of how out of this world it may be, what are you (the customer) envisioning? These are your photos that you will have to show generations from now, you want them to capture exactly what you were going for.
