- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We utilize a comprehensive pricing model which takes into account the type, weight, and size of materials we haul away. We also consider the amount of time it should take to load the truck. This allows us to offer more competitive pricing than pricing based solely on how much space the rubbish takes up in our trucks, especially for jobs that don't require much time. Lastly, as responsible stewards of the environment, we donate and recycle what we can, when we can, thereby saving on disposal and waste fees. Those savings are then passed along to you, our customer!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome our new customers by first understanding what their needs are and then offering a comprehensive solution to fit those needs. We treat our new customers as well as we treat our returning ones: We treat them like they're BIG TIME!

We believe that the BEST education comes from gaining the BEST experience. With over 20 years in the business of service, we've seen, dealt with, and learned from hundreds of thousands of interactions with customers of all shapes, sizes, and demeanor. We are ready for you!
