Introduction: My background in Psychology, as well as my desire to learn Arabic as a second language has provided me with a strong foundation and look into the psyche of language learners. This insight allowed me to be able to develop a system of teaching English like no other ESL teacher. I also understand the urgency of a language learner and if students follow my instructions they can learn comparatively quickly. The light in the eyes of my students when they get it!

How to Think in English's reply
I am truly sorry for this clients dissatisfaction. However, he wasn't committed to the type of resume' he wanted and I brought this to his attention. At our face to face he brought a four page resume', spanning a three year work history, which was clearly to long. I told him that it needed to be condensed down to no more than two pages at the most. He told me that he had another one that was a page and a half that he would send to my email. He also indicated that he wanted it condensed to one page, so we agreed. I left and went to work. I wanted to get it finished as soon as possible since according to his work history he had been out of work for a few months. He paid me for my work before leaving. As I was leaving our meeting he told me that he wanted me to write two resume's. He wanted one for his Java experience and another for his Android experience. This indicated to me that he was undecided about where he wanted his career to go. I told him that I couldn't write two resume's unless he paid me for two. The first draft I sent him two days later he told me that the formatting needed repairing and although it was well organized and attractive it was a bit more than one page. I re-formatted it and further condensed it down to the one page he said he wanted, and sent it to him. A few days went by and I didn't hear from him, so I wrote him and asked if he was satisfied or if he needed me to do anything else for him. He responded by telling me that he still wasn't satisfied, so i asked him again if he wanted me to do anything because I wanted him to be satisfied. But, he said no that he had gotten it taken care of. I tried to please this client in every way I could but since he apparently didn't know what he wanted and I couldn't give him two resume's for the price of one he was dissatisfied. For this I apologize.
