- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take pride in my sewing, and appreciate when clients do not attempt to negotiate my price. I require a non-refundable 50% deposit to start a sewing project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I’m able to get all of the information I need from a client via text/email. Once I price the job, and client agrees, I schedule a fitting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been sewing since I was 12. I have not been formally trained in fashion design, unless you count Home Economics in high school, which was an easy A, because I was already sewing at that time :-)
