I am thoroughly impressed with how this company represents themselves. Response times are quick. Though my idea for this cake was simple. It was still done in a simple yet elegant way, and most importantly the cake actually tastes delicious. Which was thoroughly expressed by my guests which to me is the most important thing. That the cake not only looks great, but it must taste great also so I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional cake and experience. I believe this notice was given at a last minute timeframe and it was still delivered with great professionalism. Would purchase again!

WOW!!!! That is the word I use to describe my experience. From the moment I made my request. Chef Alicia was very quick to responding, responsive and very knowledgeable. She understood how sensitive and important it was to make my cake SPECIAL.I advised her the cake was for my Grandbaby who died 4 years ago at 16. She asked for my ideas and gave me a few of her own. Chef made me feel so comfortable with her knowledge and sensitivity to the situation to my Grief. I asked if she could use her ideas. WOW, WOW, WOW. My cake and cake icicles were unbelievably breathtaking. They were more than I imagined. I cried because I miss my grandbaby, but I was so happy, amazed and left without words because Zari- my granddaughter would LOVE her cake and cake icicles. They were not only beautiful and special they were DELICIOUS. Everyone that came to the dinner was amazed at the appearance and over joyed at how delicious they both were. I will recommend Chef Alicia to everyone I know. Thank you Chef

I contacted Chef Alicia about a birthday cake for my mom who turned 82 years young. From the initial conversation I knew she was the one. I sent some cake ideas and she sent me some ideas too. Today was the party and everyone was asking who made this cake. The cake was amazing. Super moist and everything from scratch. Not a piece left.
