We have a family cabin in Ellijay. It is FILLED with my family’s memories and, well, my Dad’s knick-knacks. While someone is at the cabin almost every weekend over the years the dust had accumulated everywhere. It was going to be a huge project to take on so I decided it was best to hire a professional. That’s when Selena came into our life. I found her here on Thumbtack and she responded very quickly. I immediately knew she was the one for the job and we set up a date. When Selena and her helper arrived we went over the project and they got started. As I watched them work and saw the care and detail they were putting in, I knew the price quoted was too low. This isn’t a rental cabin with a minimal amount of things in it. (See pictures below) Selena pulled every one of my dads Knick-knacks down and hand dusted them before placing them back where they belonged. 12 hours.. yes 12 hours was what it took, but WOW my family’s cabin hasn’t been this clean since it was purchased. Before they left we talked about price again and I made sure to compensate these ladies for the amazing job they did. I’m going see if I can get my family on board with regular cleanings so it doesn’t get that dusty again. Would I recommend Selena? Absolutely!

They were quick to respond, always professional and respectful. Arrived a few minutes I and once we did a walk through got right to work. Very respectful of my home and my belongings. Love the freshness of the products they use. As each room was finished they would ask if I was satisfied. Once the house was finished they asked me to walk through again and was there anything else they could do. No everything was great. My older hardwood floors look better then I have ever seen. Will use again and recommend highly.

Simply southern did a deep clean for us (we moved out of a rental) We were on a time restraint and between moving and work we just didn't have the time to get everything done! They came in and got the job done and done well! The property looked better than when we moved in!

If I could give 15 million stars I would! I’ve not had much luck contacting House cleaners on here; but within just a few minutes of my initial request, Salena responded with her information, quote and number. I called and she was able to fit me into her jammed packed schedule (we are moving and needed a deep clean before showings began) within the same week!

Fast forward to the day of, and she arrives 20 minutes early (who arrives early anymore - how amazing!) - her team and her walked through my home, I explained what I wanted, and they immediately jumped in. Y’all...the cleaning of our home...I could eat off the floors (not that I would but it’s that clean!)...the baseboards and trim look like they’ve been painted they’re so shiny. The windows - well, a bird flew into one this morning because she made them so clean they were invisible! By the time they were done, the place looked and smelled so good, I’m now questioning our move because I don’t want to lose her services!!!

You won’t be disappointed; and I’m not one to gush - give her a try, I promise you won’t regret it!!!
