Our central air went out on Sunday, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting someone to come out that day. But he showed up, got straight to work, and was genuinely great to deal with.
I’m a pretty nosy person 😂, so while he was working, I kept asking questions and trying to understand what was going on. He was patient enough to explain everything to me and even showed me what he was looking at and why the system stopped working. I actually learned a thing or two about HVAC just from watching him diagnose the problem.
He did a great job, got our air back up and running, and everything has been working fine since. But beyond the actual work, I really appreciated his personality and how willing he was to explain things instead of just fixing it and leaving.
Amazing job, great guy, and definitely someone I’d recommend. Five stars well deserved.
