I've been a professional musician for almost two decades. I performed in bands and as a solo act. My primary instruments are drums, rhythm acoustic guitar, and vocals. Much of my original work is featured on my website. I also have an extensive list of cover material for private parties, receptions, etc. My goal has always been to add an extra level of professionalism to events and to ensure everyone enjoys their experience...including those who booked the performance. I believe music isn't something you learn, but something that is inherent in one's soul. I love songwriting and performing and enriching the lives of others with the music I create.

I found Ben on Thumbtack while searching for musicians for our monthly Yappy Hours at the SPCA Albrecht Center for Animal Welfare (in benefit of the homeless animals in our care). He was one of the first musicians to respond to my "ad" and we booked him right away. He was happy to assist and worked with us on our budget since we are a nonprofit. The day of the event, he showed up with plenty of time to set up so he could be playing by the time our first supporters arrived for the event. He had a great range of songs to perform to cater to our wide demographic of Yappy Hour guests. We took a pause to announce our raffle winners and as soon as we were done he went right back to performing so there weren't any lulls. Our board members, staff and supporters all complimented his talent and requested to have him back for events next year. I even noticed more of our guests than usual actually sitting down and watching him perform (usually they are socializing or at the dog park with their pets). It really shows his ability to engage his audience with his musical talent. Ben seemed genuinely happy to be a part of our event, which made him even more engaging. I greatly appreciate his accommodations, ease to work with and professionalism. Thank you, Ben!
