- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to start a cleaning business August 2009 when the economy fell. The company I was working for decided to down-size and I lost my job making good wages. Yes I panicked of course, since cleaning has and will always be one of my forte's I decided to start my own house cleaning business. Glad I did, because I have met some really nice people from different cultures.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice for a customer looking to hire a cleaning service like mines is to check for legitimacy and/or ask for references. Any skepticism leads to hiring the wrong service provider, and for that reason our first and foremost goal is to provide great customer service. When my team and I first meet our new clients we gain their trust and then knuckle down to find a cleaning solution for their home or office. Upon completing the job we do a walk-thru to make sure our client is completely 99.99% satisfied. With that being said....we are like part of the family now.
