We are renovating two 1980's bathrooms. The jobs are not done yet but everything is going very well and I have no complaints. Pete Purko is on top of everything and the guys working here are very good at what they do.

Pete did a large renovation in our home in 2008 that involved structural changes within the home, new bathrooms, a custom garage, and changes to our existing floor plan. We were so pleased with the work that we hired him again for a bathroom addition a few years later. His professionalism, attention to detail, and constant communication with us is unparalleled in the world of contractors! We would get nightly texts or calls with what to expect the next day. It isn't the most pleasurable thing to live in a home while it has construction work going on, but Pete kept the job site meticulously clean and made sure any subs working in the house cleaned behind themselves. We believe "you get what you pay for," and will continue to use Pete in the future.

Purko Builders redid my old bathroom and put in a wonderful handicapped accessible bathroom. They took out everything to the studs and put in new walls, including insulation, ceiling, special handicap towel rods that are also grab bars, faucet, linear drain,etc. The best thing was that they listened to my needs and made them happen. My husband is disabled and I needed a shower where I would be able to push him right into the shower in a wheeled shower chair. This meant no lip of any kind. Mr. Purko made it happen, he also made a very slight slope to the floor so that the water runs to the rear linear drain, and you can't feel the slope but it really works. This is important because I don't use a shower curtain when I am showering my husband. Mr. Purko was wonderful to work with, he always made sure I knew what was happening and was happy with it. He helped me pick out the best tile for the project, I really can't say enough good about the entire experience, the planning, installation and current utilization.
