FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $100 per hour. I require an initial on-site inspection/consultation for a flat fee of $100, which covers my first hour of time. This ensures I can provide an accurate estimate, check for necessary hardware, and plan the job to avoid any hidden costs or delays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an on-site visit to inspect the furniture or the repair area and take necessary measurements and photos. From there, I provide a clear timeline for the work. If the inspection is quick, I am happy to use the remainder of that first hour to begin the project or tackle other small handyman tasks you might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on experience maintaining my own home and multiple rental properties since 2009. This has given me years of practical knowledge in plumbing, electrical basics, and structural repairs that go beyond standard furniture assembly.
