- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers I always like to meet them and to discuss their projects needs in person and on site. The relationship matters most as I want my customer to not only feel comfortable with me but to have a real sense of confidence that I will work with them fairly and with great respect. Viewing the job also allows me to give my customer the most affordable price quote!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have a BS in Business Management, a Masters in Community Development And Relief.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a "Do It Yourselfer" loving to create, build or transform things in my on hands. And so over the years I have learned a lot. When others take notice they'll ask for help - and before you know it your reputation gets around! Now I'm doing it full time and loving it!
