We price based off of how much trailer space the removal takes up, and our prices are structured below the national companies. We enjoy seeing our customer's relief when their homes, or business, are clutter free. We take pride in our work, and our community. We are also very proud to offer employment opportunities to our fellow veterans in the CSRA. We proactively recycle, reuse, and re-purpose items we remove in an attempt to minimize contributing to our landfills.

Customer Caring, and friendly employes. Prices are great. Im remolding my home, and have tons of trash and construction debris. Would cost me more if I took it to the landfill my self.

Mona responded super quickly. The team came out. They're super nice people and all family run even though they're a franchise. Very fairly priced as well. A word for the wise: make sure you get accurate pictures of how much stuff needs to go. From the picture, the price to haul everything was super miscalculated (no one's fault). The whole crew comes from or was military. Hard workers. I will hire them again in the future if need be.

They were great, packed it all quickly and were very friendly. Bonus: They made sure that anything that could be used second hand, such as dishes and desks would be given to veterans in the area.

We have a basic pricing system but there are many variations because we do various kinds of jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our customers so we know how to serve them. We like to hear their ideas about what they would like to do with the space that is cleared, so we can provide them with the best customer services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order to open this franchise we had to go through a week of training from 8am- 6pm.
