- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on your lawn and shrub square footage. We do offer 2 types of discounts. Those are based on if you prepay for the year or if you set up on autopay on our monthly payment plan. If you would like to pay at the time of service that is no problem. No credit card is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact us by phone/text/email to get an estimate. Once you approve the estimate we can normally have you started within days. It's that simple!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff have licenses in both GA & SC licensed and the president has been licensed since 1992.
