- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon your no-charge consultation you will fill out a questionnaire informing us of any health risks and your individual goals; we then proceed to a workout in which we determine your fitness levels and address your target areas you want to work on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff have a number of backgrounds and educations ranging from kinesiology, massage therapy, exercise science, and also occupational therapy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
GTR Fitness has the knowledge and experience to help just about anyone. Our main focus is the average person looking to live a healthier life and need assistance with fitness coaching to reach their goals; whether they be losing weight, strengthening bone mass and stability or just toning up. We have worked with a wide range of specialized clients varying from teenage motocross racers, bull-riders, and high-school sports all the way up to 70 year old bodybuilders.
