I requested that my old surveillance cameras be replaced with upgrades. Cameras and cables had to be changed. Work required working in a hot attic and required elevated ladder work. James did the job exceptionally well. He was on time, was a no nonsense worker, and was very personable. His shared his expert acumen of my new system by assisting with the system settings. If you need a surveillance system installed then he is your man. He did such a good job so I paid him more than the requested price.

We contacted IEM the morning of June 22nd to install an outdoor security camera system we had recently purchased for our home. James, the owner, scheduled an appointment for mid-afternoon on the same day and by that evening our system was up and running. Fair Pricing Policy. Prices are not fixed, because each project is different. Some installations are more or less difficult than others. That's what pricing should be based on. Fair is Fair.

Determine the installation needs. Prepare an estimate based on the scope of the job. Schedule and Complete the installation. Maintain a professional working relationship with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of installation experience. Military, Audio/Video, Cable TV, Satellite TV, Structured Wiring, Security Cameras. Authorized dealer and Installer for all major A/V and Security Camera brands.
